#BingoPrometheus is a contest for artists hosted by vk.com which promotes their new.. er.. promotion algorithm and gives artists something fun to participate in.
It's a bit ironic that VK's mascot is supposed to be a dog, and yet the first thing they do this February is a contest with cats (: Weirdos.
